Design watches can focus on a specific applicant, designer or class of goods, for example. They can also focus on the progress of a specific application for design rights. After determining the specifics, we will watch and analyse, reporting regularly to the customer.

Design watches are important, because registration authorities in many countries do not protect the interests of the holders of existing design rights. Instead, the holders themselves are expected to prevent any compromising designs from being registered. Many countries have determined a period for filing an opposition against a compromising design. This period is usually two months.
