Our speaker, Suvi Julin, has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and technology law. Suvi advises clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including trademarks, designs and patents, as well as issues relating to copyrights, contracts, employee inventions and data protection. Suvi has a great deal of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as ICT and license agreements, along with her work on a wide range of administrative procedures and litigation, and in connection with strategic issues relating to the commercialization and internationalization of products and services.
