Marianne has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and technology law. Marianne advises clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters as well as in contractual and other legal matters.
Marianne specializes in brand protection and contractual matters, including licensing, global IP portfolio management, prosecution and litigation. Marianne also provides strategic advice in matters related to IP and marketing law.
Prior to joining Berggren in 2018, Marianne worked as an in-house IP counsel in a pharmaceutical company as well as in a leading Finnish law firm.
