Teija has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property rights in both in the private and public sectors. Teija counsels both domestic and foreign clients in obtaining optimal protection in view of their business needs and helps them solve various challenging problems. In addition to trademarks and design-related matters, Teija has experience in patent disputes.
Before joining Berggren in 2017, she represented clients successfully in numerous litigations and drafted and negotiated various types of agreements. She has also worked as a judge in the Market Court where she handled cases relating to intellectual property rights and public procurement.
