Ekaterina Pogosova

Ekaterina belongs to our ICT team. She is an experienced patent professional, serving the clients in all the aspects of patenting.

Prior to joining Berggren in 2020, Ekaterina was working as a Senior IPR Specialist at Nokia, where her responsibilities were managing a part of global wireless radio standards IPR portfolio, including evaluating patentability of inventions, prosecuting patent families in multiple jurisdictions, assessing the value of patent families in view of standards and infringement analysis.

Before stepping into the IPR world, Ekaterina worked for almost a decade in well known international companies in wireless system-on-chip product development in both management and technical roles.

In addition, Ekaterina has a long university research background in the area of signal processing.

Ekaterina holds a doctoral degree in telecommunications, a master’s degree in applied mathematics, as well as a master's degree in computer science.
