Timo has nearly 25 years of experience as a patent attorney. In addition to drafting patent applications, Timo has extensive experience in evaluating inventions, conducting analyses related to a patent’s scope of protection and the development of IP strategy. Timo is a seasoned expert in patent infringement cases and he has participated in handling numerous disputes.
Prior to joining Berggren, Timo spent about 10 years working in R&D in a large Finnish company in the field of automation.
