The speaker Suvi Julin has extensive experience on immaterial property and technology rights. Suvi counsels our clients particularly on IPR litigation and application matters relating to trademarks, designs and patents, as well as on issues relating to copyrights, and on matters relating to contracts, employment inventions and data protection.
Suvi specializes in various commercial contracts, such as ICT and licence agreements, administrative procedures and litigations, as well as in strategic issues relating to the commercialization and internationalization of products and services.
