Anton Pushkov Managing Partner (CEO) of IP Center Skolkovo, registered patent solicitor and lawyer. Skolkovo is the largest innovation center and technopark in Russia with more than 2000 innovation companies, foreign and local partners, corporations and governmental institutions. IP Center files more than 20% of all international patent applications (PCT) deriving from Russia. IP Center provides full legal and IP support to both domestic and international clients.
For over 12 years Anton worked on a variety of intellectual property issues helping his clients with issues relating to the protection of all types of IP rights, IP licensing and assignment of IP as well as IP enforcement. Before joining IP Center Skolkovo, Anton managed the Legal Department of Intellectual Property/Technology, Media & Telecommunications, at Linklaters – an international law firm which is consistently ranked among the top law firms worldwide.
Anton is a recognized expert in practical implementation of Russian and international legislation and has authored many of articles and publications. Anton is a member of the Data Protection Working Group, a member of ABA and INTA. He is also an active participant of the workgroup organized by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and AmCham aimed at making positive changes to Russian laws relating to innovation.
