Joel Ettanen

Joel provides our clients support in a wide range of intellectual property assignments, including trademark registration processes and disputes related to all intangible rights. He also works extensively with various types of commercial agreements, and his areas of expertise also include data protection and technology law.

Joel joined Berggren as a lawyer in 2023, but his journey with the firm began earlier as an IPR Legal Trainee. Before returning to Berggren as a lawyer, he gained valuable experience at two major law firms, where he focused particularly on intellectual property, technology, and data protection law.
