Paula de Andrés Gómez
Head of our Alicante office in Spain, 20+ years of experience in IP, particularly extensive experience in design protection, managing design right portfolios, she offers consultation to clients on a broader basis in questions related to design right strategies as part of the clients’ IP strategies and assists in design right infringements.
Robert Alderson
Robert is one of the few intellectual property professionals in Europe with a U.S. law degree, qualified to practice before both the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office. He is also eligible for litigation before the new European Unified Patent Court. Before moving to Europe over 12 years ago, Robert worked as an IP attorney in New York, including more than 10 years at an AmLaw 100 firm. With expertise in both U.S. and European IP law, he frequently writes and speaks on various IP topics.
