Timo Pitkänen

Timo is an attorney with diverse and extensive experience in various fields of technology. He is well versed in the patenting of inventions related to mechanics, electronics, data communications, control, automation and software sectors as well as the processes related to utility models. Timo is also an expert in design rights and has an illustrative way of explaining to clients how design rights can be used, if necessary, to complement an invention’s IP protection.

Timo previously worked as a patent engineer in the industrial sector. Timo’s expertise also includes the drafting of patent and utility model applications and the drawing up of IP strategies.
