Heidi Velasco
Jenni advises clients on trademark and design matters throughout the entire lifecycle of their rights, from selecting and protecting a mark to opposition and appeal proceedings, dispute prevention and resolution, as well as IP agreements and strategy. She is a Partner in Berggren’s Helsinki office.
Jenni has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property. From 2017 to 2019, she worked for nearly a year and a half as a judge at the Finnish Market Court, handling cases related to public procurement and intellectual property. Her judicial experience gives her a distinctive perspective on dispute-related advice, as she understands court proceedings from the viewpoint of the judiciary as well.
