Mirva Junnilainen
Siiri Laitanen is a Licensed Legal Counsel and a European Trademark and Design Attorney at Berggren. She has worked in the field of intellectual property since 2019. Siiri advises and assists domestic and international clients throughout the full lifecycle of brands, from trademark clearance and portfolio strategy to registration, monitoring, enforcement, defence and dispute resolution. She regularly represents clients in trademark prosecution and opposition proceedings in Finland and before the EUIPO. Her expertise also extends to related areas of law, including unfair business practices, marketing law and consumer law.
Siiri has passed the Finnish Bar Examination and is qualified to represent clients before all Finnish courts.
Siiri has particularly strong experience in matters relating to the food industry, consumer products and services, fashion and luxury goods, computer technology, and the gaming industry.
