Jenny Dahlberg
Paula has worked in IPR since 2000 and helps clients throughout the full lifecycle of trademarks and domain names, from selecting a mark to defending it. She has extensive experience resolving disputes both through settlement and litigation, and has represented clients before the Market Court and all levels of the Finnish courts up to the European Court of Justice. She also advises clients on complex matters relating to IPR contracts, marketing law and consumer protection.
Paula has particular sector experience in gaming, retail, consumer goods, food, machinery and defence. She is active in several IPR industry associations and has served on committees of international organisations, including INTA and FICPI, for more than a decade.
Paula is a good contact for questions relating to trademarks, domain names, marketing law and brand protection.
