    Arttu advises clients in IP strategy and registration processes, drafts and negotiates agreements, and handles enforcement and litigation of patents, designs and trademarks. Arttu has particular expertise in technology and patent licensing, AI and data related regulations, as well as personal data legislation and practices. Arttu handles patent disputes in both the Market Court and the UPC Court.

    Before joining Berggren in 2015, Arttu worked in the IP and technology practices of some of Finland’s largest law firms.
