Arttu has worked in the field of intellectual property since 2014 and is a Partner at Berggren. He advises clients on protecting intellectual assets, developing IP strategies and managing registration processes. He also drafts and negotiates agreements and assists clients with the enforcement of rights related to patents, trademarks and designs. His work also includes IP disputes and litigation before both the Finnish Market Court and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Arttu also advises clients on technology law matters, particularly in areas related to data protection, data rights and AI regulation. He has extensive experience across the software, artificial intelligence, consumer products and industrial manufacturing sectors, as well as wholesale and retail.
Before joining Berggren, Arttu worked in IP and technology law at several of Finland’s leading law firms.
Arttu is the right person to contact when a company needs support with protecting intellectual assets, agreements, IP disputes, or legal questions related to AI, data and data protection.
