Sirpa Tengström
Kaisa has worked in the field of intellectual property since 1998. She assists clients with drafting and negotiating technology agreements and other commercial contracts, as well as managing the related risks. Her particular areas of expertise include ICT project and service agreements, licensing of intellectual property and technology, agreements relating to research and development projects, and data protection.
Kaisa also advises clients in contractual disputes and helps identify and prevent potential conflicts already at the contracting stage. In addition, she provides advice on advertising and marketing law, trade secrets, and e-commerce.
Public procurement is also a key part of Kaisa’s work. She assists contracting authorities throughout the procurement process and in the preparation and negotiation of procurement agreements.
Before joining Berggren, Kaisa worked for approximately 20 years as an attorney-at-law focusing on IP and ICT matters. She then spent a year and a half as Senior Legal Counsel at a state-owned company, where her work focused particularly on ICT procurement.
Kaisa is a good point of contact when a company or contracting authority needs practical legal support with technology agreements, public procurement, or contractual disputes.
