Sebastian Greding is a German and European Patent Attorney, UPC Representative and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Berggren, and has worked in IP since 2014. He helps clients with patent prosecution, oppositions and appeals, as well as litigation, particularly international litigation campaigns that leverage the Unified Patent Court's speed and scope for injunctive relief as a strategic enforcement tool.
Sebastian has strong experience with computer-implemented inventions (software and AI), quantum technologies, medical devices, and electronics and mechanical engineering. Before joining Berggren in 2023, he held senior roles at leading German IP firms.
