Sebastian Greding

Sebastian Greding is Head of Berggren’s Munich office and a German & European Patent Attorney, UPC Representative, and European Trademark & Design Attorney. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree (Mechanical Engineering, TUM) with honors.

Sebastian advises on computer‑implemented inventions (software/AI), quantum technologies, medical devices, electronics and mechanical engineering, covering prosecution, oppositions, appeals, and litigation. Sebastian works closely with Berggren’s International Business Team on international litigation campaigns, leveraging the Unified Patent Court’s speed and injunctive relief for strategic enforcement. Sebastian previously held senior roles at leading German IP firms before joining Berggren in 2023.
