Hannu has worked in IPR since 1982, and he helps clients with trademark, design and copyright matters. He advises on the selection and appropriate use of trademarks, secures trademark protection and protects new designs with design rights. This gives clients a solid foundation for building their brands.
In addition to protecting and enforcing rights, Hannu handles IPR infringement matters. He represents clients in demanding IPR disputes and litigation and drafts IPR agreements. His expertise also covers counterfeiting and marketing law.
Hannu is an active member of the European IPR association ECTA, where he is involved in the Harmonization Committee and the WIPO-Link Committee. He has also served on the association’s Supervisory Board.
