Emilia leads Berggren’s Brand Advisory & Legal Services business. She is an experienced and award-winning intellectual property expert, specializing in trademarks, copyright, and design protection, as well as related regulatory frameworks. Her expertise extends to unfair business practices, company and auxiliary business names, domain name matters, marketing law, consumer protection regulations, and data privacy issues. Emilia has extensive experience in IPR-related disputes and administrative proceedings. She has authored multiple publications in her areas of expertise and is a regular speaker at industry events.

Before joining Berggren, Emilia worked as an attorney for over a decade.
