Atte Karineva

Atte provides comprehensive support to our clients in various intellectual property matters, particularly in relation to trademarks, domain names and design rights. He assists clients throughout the lifecycle of their intellectual property rights, from filing to defending rights and drafting agreements. Atte also has experience in infringement and enforcement matters, including infringement assessments, disputes, litigation and settlement negotiations. In addition to trademarks and designs, Atte's expertise includes domain name disputes, in which he has been involved at the national level as well as in UDRP and URS dispute resolution proceedings. Atte also assists our clients in complex patent disputes in collaboration with Berggren's experienced patent attorneys.

Prior to starting as a lawyer in 2019, Atte worked in Berggren as an IPR Legal Trainee.
