Atte has worked in the IPR field since 2018. He advises clients on trademarks, designs and domain names, supporting them throughout the life cycle of their rights, from registration and drafting agreements to enforcing and defending those rights.

Atte has experience in infringement and enforcement matters, including infringement assessments, disputes and court proceedings, and settlement negotiations. Alongside trademarks and designs, he specialises in domain name disputes, which he has handled both at national level and in UDRP and URS dispute resolution proceedings. In complex patent disputes, Atte assists clients together with Berggren’s patent attorneys.
