Marianne Laakkonen
Marianna has worked in the IPR field since 2011, helping companies protect and defend their trademarks, designs, domain names and trade names. She advises companies of all sizes on filing, opposition and appeal proceedings and assists with questions and disputes relating to contracts and counterfeit products.
Marianna has extensive experience in official proceedings concerning trademarks, designs and domain names, as well as in managing international IPR portfolios. She represents clients before the Finnish Patent and Registration Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and supports them in the strategic management of their portfolios. Before joining Berggren, Marianna worked at Finnish law firms. She also enjoys providing training on IPR matters.
