Heikki serves as an expert to assist clients in matters related to IP strategy and management. He specializes in connecting intellectual property to business activities and business management. He approaches intellectual property particularly from the perspective of management and business strategy.
His area of expertise includes defining business strategies and business models as well as planning and executing their implementation. He also has an extensive understanding of how to leverage the opportunities presented by the digital transformation in business development.
Heikki is responsible for Berggren’s business development and digitalization. He is in charge of the MarCom team and the Digi team.
