Antti Leinonen is a European Patent Attorney who has worked in the patent field since 2006. He helps clients protect their inventions and defend their rights throughout the patent lifecycle, from identifying an invention to the end of the patent's term.
Antti conducts novelty searches and drafts patent applications, securing strong protection for clients and maintaining it during prosecution and oppositions. In addition to application work, he prepares infringement analyses, FTO analyses and oppositions. He also assists in preparing legal actions and restoring lost rights.
Antti focuses on mechanical inventions related to machinery, equipment, vehicles, construction and energy technology, including combustion engines. Before joining Berggren, he worked as a patent examiner at the Finnish Patent and Registration Office and as a patent engineer in industry.
