Jaakko Mäntynen

Jaakko assists our clients with matters related to intellectual property rights. He specializes particularly in copyright and intellectual property disputes. In addition, Jaakko advises clients on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademark matters, and drafts and negotiates commercial agreements.

 Before joining Berggren, Jaakko worked as a lawyer and a licenced legal counsel at an organization focused on copyright enforcement, where he, amongst other things, represented the organization's members in court proceedings. He also has experience in other areas of intellectual property and procedural law, having previously worked as a trainee at a law firm and as an assistant at the Market Court.
