Sasu has over 18 years of diverse experience as a patent attorney, and now as a qualified European Patent Attorney. Sasu takes care of his clients' IPR cases concerning the whole lifetime of the patenting processes, starting from the initial invention assessment and drafting phase for a new patent (or utility model) application and thereafter the global prosecutions of these patent applications via our extensive network of foreign associates, as well as tasks revolving around the granted patents' utilization. Sasu also gives IPR-related consultations depending on the client's needs in a general or deeper level. Sasu has also handled Oral proceedings before the EPO in the examining and opposition phases, and drafted invalidity requests and oppositions. Furthermore, he also conducts IPR related searches and analyses, such as novelty searches, freedom-to-operate analyses (FTO), infringement cases, specific patent analyses, and competitor searches/monitoring concerning their IPR activities.
