Jorma Vanhala

Jorma has considerable experience in the field, particularly in solving the IP-related challenges faced by SMEs. Jorma handles processes related to the protection of clients’ inventions and he also conducts freedom to operate analyses and infringement analyses. He specializes in IP assignments related to mechanics, civil engineering, concrete technology, building engineering physics and cleantech. Jorma is also familiar with the research activities of universities. In addition to handling patenting processes, Jorma has drawn up IP strategies and participated in legal proceedings pertaining to IP disputes.

Before joining Berggren, Jorma held teaching and research positions in the higher education sector.
