Kirsi Virkki

Kirsi is at our clients' disposal in all patenting-related tasks. She conducts novelty searches, writes patent applications, assists the clients in communicating with the patent office, as well as answers to oppositions and appeals. Kirsi has a broad and cross-disciplinary research background. Her field of expertise lies at the interface between chemistry and physics, in laser spectroscopy of nanostructured semiconductors and organic compounds.

Before joining Berggren, Kirsi worked as a researcher at a university, where she also completed her doctoral degree in chemistry.
