Alireza Zare is a Patent Agent who has worked in the IP field since 2021. Based at Berggren’s Helsinki office, he supports clients throughout the patenting process, from the early-stage evaluation of an invention through to grant.
Alireza has particular expertise in multimedia coding and communications, supported by a strong background in signal processing and artificial intelligence. He has also worked in the fields of medical signal and image processing and robotics giving him a solid technical foundation for working with complex inventions. Before joining Berggren, Alireza worked as a patent engineer in industry, and this hands-on experience informs his practical approach to clients’ patenting needs.
Alireza assists clients with a broad range of patenting matters, including novelty searches, patentability assessments, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and supporting patent portfolio management. His expertise covers ICT, AI, electronics and signal processing technologies in particular.
Alireza is a good point of contact for patenting matters involving software, telecommunications, signal processing and other ICT-related technologies.
