    KAISA FAHLLUND APPOINTED VICE PRESIDENT

      With effect from 1 January 2021, Kaisa Fahllund, Lawyer trained on the bench, was appointed Vice President of Berggren Legal, Brands & Designs, and a member of the management team. Kaisa is an experienced professional in the field of IP, contract law and litigation.  Kaisa has been working for Berggren since 2018, and her previous role was to head the Contracts team.

      Her predecessor Tarja Tchernych will continue working as a Senior Counsel, focusing particularly on patent disputes.
