Jaana specializes in the US patent and design patent prosecution. Thus, she is familiar with the USPTO procedures and practices and is able to assist clients with any questions related to US IP formalities. She has extensive experience in patent prosecution processes worldwide, especially before the Finnish Patent and Registration Office, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), and can help clients also with foreign national and regional patent application filing and prosecution.
